Econ ministry still sees Russia’s 2016 inflation below 5.8%

MOSCOW, Dec 6 (PRIME) -- The Economic Development Ministry still assumes that Russia’s inflation may be lesser in 2016 than the official forecast of 5.8%, a representative of the ministry told PRIME on Tuesday.

“In 2016, inflation is very likely to be below our forecast,” the person said.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Federal State Statistics Service said that Russia’s inflation slowed down to 5.8% in November from 6.1% in October.
